Spider on the web

Pumpkin Carving Stencil

Spider on the Web We decided to draw up a stencil of a cute little spider crawling on his web. After checking out some clipart we came up with an idea and it seemed easy enough. This template turned out to be deceptive in just how difficult it really can be. The majority of the work surface gets removed leaving only tiny threads to support the spider. If you have trouble with this design try carving it on a large pumpkin. It can also be made easier if you make the web strands slightly more thick. You could even enlarge the stencil to make it fit a giant pumpkin.

Fiery Spider Back

Pumpkin Pattern

Fiery Spider Back Probably one of our easiest to carve stencils, the fiery spider back design is elegant in its simplicity. This would be a great design to let the younger kids cut out because it really isn't very complicated. The spider design will also work well on a smaller pumpkin without losing too much detail. With this simple design you can change things up a bit by rotating the stencil, adding a bit more variety to what you can carve.
